Year 4 "Playfest: All Join In" (Autumn 2018)

Year 4 have been enjoying learning the flute and recently took part in a project called PlayFest in partnership with Wimbledon International Music Festival where they learnt to play and sing a song called "All Join In" along with several other schools in Merton.

STEEAM Programme - Engineering (Autumn 2018)

The Pelham STEEAM programme (Science, Technology, Engineering, English, Arts and Maths) began in earnest in the last half term with a focus on Engineering. Amongst the activities the children undertook was a session on making catapults and one where the children created their own air and water powered bottle rockets

Pelham's Got Talent (22nd June 2018)

 From Reception to Year 6, Pelham has once again proved that it does have talent.

Children and staff were entertained and delighted by brave contestants singing, performing magic tricks, making us laugh out loud with comedy sketches, recognising and naming over 100 flags, as well as showing us how flexible they can be whilst cartwheeling and flipping!

Year 5 "Blues and Roots" performance (2nd October 2017)

Click on the image to view the final performance Year 5 gave, following their workshop exploring, the music of legendary Double Bassist Charles Mingus and how he used his compositions to form a political commentary about events during the American Civil Rights movement of the 1950's. 

The Mannequin Challenge (2016)

Along with a number of high profile videos produced, of people taking on the mannequin challenge, Pelham took up the task, with amazing results. Click on the image to be astounded.

 

Year 6 Leavers' Video - July 2017

Good luck to all those who left Pelham in July 2017.

We want to particularly say farewell to the Year 6 children. Thank you for so many happy memories.

 Pelham Sports Highlights (2016-17)

It was yet another successful year of sport at Pelham. We entered many competitions, both within Merton and here at school.

Year 6 at Sky Studios

Year 6 spent a day at the Sky Television Studios, learning about journalism and news broadcasting. Click on the image to watch their debut performance, reading the news and reporting from the scene. 

Pelham Does Strictly (February 2017)

Based upon the popular TV series, Strictly Come Dancing, the whole school took part in Pelham's own version of the show.
